Graber Traditions Wood Blinds mean quality at every level, from the top-of-the-line hardware to the patented PureGrain Finish process.  The exclusive SureClose headrail provides optimum closure and light control while minimizing wear on the cords.  A trapezoidal bottom rail prevents the bottom of the blind from buckling when closed.  Premium wood slats are made from renewable and sustainable North American hardwood for higher quality and lower environmental impact than wood from overseas.

Inside

Inside mount blinds will fit within the window casing for a clean, custom look.  Enter the actual size of your window casing, NOT the size of your old blind.  We will make the necessary deductions to make the blind fit properly.  Make sure your window meets the minimum inside mount specifications, or flush mount specifications if desired.

Outside mount blinds will be installed on the wall above the window, covering the window entirely.  Enter the size you want the finished product to be, including the desired overlap.  The ordered height will include the hardware for blinds and shades.  This option is required if your window is not deep enough to install the blind as an inside mount.

Cordless System

Cordless System

Standard cord lift with a cord lock mechanism for reliable and easy positioning of the blind.  Simply pull the cord to raise to the desired height, and the cord locks in place.  Pull the cord slightly to release and lower the blind.  Cord can be positioned on either side of the blind.

No more fussing with cords to lower or raise the shade - simply pull the bottomrail up or down to easily and precisely operate your shade! Cordless shades also eliminate the risk of cord entanglement by small children and pets.

Motorized operation raises and lowers shades with no external lift cords.  Come with plug-in power adapter with 25' cord.  Radio frequency wireless system operates shades within a 65-foot radius (no line of sight required) with your choice of remote control.  At least one control must be ordered to operate the shade; 1-Channel remotes operate all shades on that channel at once.  5-Channel remotes operate up to five separate shades or groups of shades.

Rotates the horizontal slats open or closed by pulling up or down on either tilt cord.  The cord tilt option provides a uniform appearance to blinds ordered with standard cord lift.

Long Extension Brackets

Long Extension Brackets

For proper blind operation, some windows will require the use of extension brackets (outside mount only) in order to clear obstructions such as door handles. 
Please note that if your blind also includes a valance, the valance returns (the sides of the valance that cover the end of the headrail) could be made longer due to the extension bracket.  Only order extension brackets if the extra space is required, otherwise the valance may not fit properly.

Hold down brackets are useful for shades that will be installed on doors or above windows that may be exposed to windy conditions.  When fully lowered, the blind fastens into small brackets that prevent movement and swaying.  The bottom rail includes small holes that snap into the bracket; the shade must be unfastened from the bracket in order to raise it.  Please order hold down brackets only if you need them for these types of outside mount applications.
