Inside

Inside mount blinds will fit within the window casing for a clean, custom look.  Enter the actual size of your window casing, NOT the size of your old blind.  We will make the necessary deductions to make the blind fit properly.  Make sure your window meets the minimum inside mount specifications, or flush mount specifications if desired.

Outside mount blinds will be installed on the wall above the window, covering the window entirely.  Enter the size you want the finished product to be, including the desired overlap.  The ordered height will include the hardware for blinds and shades.  This option is required if your window is not deep enough to install the blind as an inside mount.

Choose the side of the blind on which the control cords for traversing the blind and rotating the vanes should be positioned.  Consider where the controls will be more easily accessible when the blind is installed; however, controls on the same side as the stack will be less noticeable.

A single wand controls both the traversing and rotation of the vanes.  Eliminates dangling cords and chains providing safe and smooth operation.  Wand is positioned on the traversing side of the blind (opposite from the stacking side).  Not available with Split Draw.

Choose the side of the blind on which the control cords for traversing the blind and rotating the vanes should be positioned.  Consider where the controls will be more easily accessible when the blind is installed; however, controls on the same side as the stack will be less noticeable.

Ceiling brackets are required for inside mount installations, as the blind will be mounted to the inside top of the window casing.  For outside mount blinds, choose ceiling brackets only when the blind will actually be attached to the ceiling.

Wall mount brackets are for outside mount installations only and attach to the wall over the window or door (most common).

For proper blind operation, some windows will require the use of extension brackets (outside mount only) in order to clear obstructions such as door handles. 
Please note that if your blind also includes a valance, the valance returns (the sides of the valance that cover the end of the headrail) could be made longer due to the extension bracket.  Only order extension brackets if the extra space is required, otherwise the valance may not fit properly.

"Perfect Fit"

"Excellent Product"

We went to a window treatment store and were astounded at the cost to have verticle blinds installed.  My dh said lets look on internet and after doing a google on vinyl vertical blinds "blindsgalore" came up.  Their site was easy to work with, very detailed, and answered all of our questions.  We placed the order, the blinds came quick, and my dh installed them in about an hour.  Awesome for not so great do it your selfers.  Saved over $120 in installation.  You can do this!!!!!

"Blinds and Slider Blind-AWESOME!"

I wanted to get new blinds for our townhouse when we got our new windows this summer.  I had seen the prices on BlindsGalore, but my husband was hesitant to purchase something online.  We went to our local JC Penny, and gave them the specs of what we were looking for.  We only needed six blinds and a vertical blind for our patio slider.  When we told the sales clerk what we wanted, it would have cost close to $1600! Needless to say, my husband was ready to order online.  There was a great promotion and we ended up getting a discount and also free shipping.  We saved close to $1000! We got exactly what we wanted and the white backing on the cellular blinds was a must, as it's required to have a uniform appearance in our homeowners association.  The blinds shipped quickly, and they were incredibly easy to install.  I would absolutely recommend them.  The color is great, they filter quite a bit of the light, and they are keeping us warm this winter! I can't say enough about them! I would recommend this company to anyone looking to purchase window treatments.
