Designed to resist moisture and fit into your budget, the Visions Faux Wood Collection offers many choices to complement your style.  Made from 100% PVC moisture-resistant product.  A color coordinated valance and rectangular shaped bottom rail are standard.  Visions are a surprisingly close representation of real wood in color and grain with the benefit of added durability.  The 2" slat size is the traditional choice for most window sizes.

The blind is mounted inside the window casing; offers a tailored look, emphasizing the actual size of the window.  Any deductions will be made by the manufacturer.  Window casing should at least meet the minimum depth required to accommodate the brackets, or the flush mount depth to have the headrail fully recessed in the casing.  When selecting your size, enter the actual dimensions of your window casing.

The blind is mounted on the wall or molding outside the window casing to cover an area larger than the window itself.  Outside mounted blinds are required if the window casing is not deep enough to accommodate the mounting brackets for an inside mount.  When selecting your size, enter the desired size of the blind itself - at least 1 1/2" of overlap on each side is recommended.

Cloth Tapes

Cloth tapes are an additional decorating option, and can be matched or contrasted to your blinds.  By covering the route holes and the cords that extend down the length of the blind, cloth tapes improve privacy and light control, making them both functional and stylish.

Notches at the back of each slat take the place of routing holes, allowing for increased privacy and light control, a sleeker look and tighter slat closure.

Long Extension Brackets

Long Extension Brackets

For installations requiring additional space between the blind and the mounting surface, so that the blind will clear obstructions such as window cranks or trim.  Available for outside mount applications only.

Note: Selecting extension brackets in conjunction with a valance may cause the valance returns (side pieces to cover the end of the headrail) to be made longer.  These brackets should only be ordered when extra space is required; otherwise the valance may not fit correctly.

Hold-down brackets prevent blinds from swaying and are recommended for blinds and shades installed on doors and over windows subject to wind exposure.  Brackets must be unfastened from wall/door for shade to raise.  Available for outside mount applications only.

Note: Small holes will be included in each side of the bottom rail to accommodate the hold-down brackets.
