Inside

Inside mount blinds will fit within the window casing for a clean, custom look.  Enter the actual size of your window casing, NOT the size of your old blind.  We will make the necessary deductions to make the blind fit properly.  Make sure your window meets the minimum inside mount specifications, or flush mount specifications if desired.

Outside mount blinds will be installed on the wall above the window, covering the window entirely.  Enter the size you want the finished product to be, including the desired overlap.  The ordered height will include the hardware for blinds and shades.  This option is required if your window is not deep enough to install the blind as an inside mount.

Cordless with Top Down/Bottom Up

Cordless with Top Down/Bottom Up

Standard cord lift with a cord lock mechanism for reliable and easy positioning of the shade.  Simply pull the cord to raise to the desired height, and the cord locks in place.  Pull the cord slightly to release and lower the shade.  Cord can be positioned on either side of the blind.

Offers easy operation of even the largest shades.  A simple pull on the control cord positions the shade at the exact height desired.  Since it's a continuous loop, the cord length remains the same.

This Levolor exclusive option for roman shades offers clean lines and a contemporary look with total adjustability of the shade without external lift cords.  Simple pull or push the bottomrail handle to lower or raise the shade effortlessly.  A safe choice for homes with children or pets.

Allows the blind to be raised from the bottom like traditional shades, or lowered from the top down to allow light while maintaining privacy at the bottom of the window.  Position the shade anywhere in the window using two independent cords on each side of the shade.  A fabric valance is included at no additional charge.

Another Levolor exclusive option for roman shades combines the effortless operation of cordless lift with the versatility of top down/bottom up controls.  Two handles operate the bottom and middle rails of the shade.  A fabric valance is included at no additional charge.

This sleek, contemporary look has a sophisticated elegance with clean and modern lines.  Flat panel sizes equal 8 1/4", except for top and bottom panels which will vary according to ordered height of shade.  Shades of differing heights in the same room may have a different look.

The softly curving folds in this style convey a rich sense of timeless luxury and a more traditional appearance.  Hobbled panel sizes equal 5 5/8", except for top and bottom panels which will vary according to ordered height of shade.  Shades of differing heights in the same room may have a different look.  Note: Hobbled style shades may create light gaps on the sides of the shade, even on inside mount shades; for maximum privacy and light control, consider the flat fold option.

This tailored valance is 4 5/8" tall and snaps in easily.  Valances ordered on outside mount shades will include 1 5/8" returns.  Fabric valance comes standard on shades ordered with Top Down/Bottom Up and Cordless Top Down/Bottom Up and does not need to be specified when ordering.

Cord Cleats

Cord Cleats

Used to prevent the cords of a window covering from pooling on the floor or window sill.  Cord cleats are a safe solution to keep dangerous, dangling cords out of reach of children.  Available for inside or outside mount applications.

For installations requiring additional space between the blind and the mounting surface, so that the blind will clear obstructions such as window cranks or trim.  Available for outside mount applications only.

For outside mount blinds installed on doors or in windy locations, hold down brackets are recommended to prevent the blind from moving.  These brackets fasten into small holes in the bottom rail of the blind.  To raise the blind, it must be unfastened from the bracket.  Hold down brackets are available only for outside mount blinds.

"Great Value and beautiful fabric"

We priced these shades out at a retail store and then purchased online.  Without a doubt, saved several hundred dollars by purchasing online.  Blindsgalore was thorough with emails and following up.  Received shades when expected.  Great product.  Small issue on one shade with it staying down but Levelor has already addressed the problem with excellent customer service.  Would recommend!

"look wonderful"

they look very nice but the valance is difficult to get on the first time and the cords are so close to the edge that when you raise and lower they get caught on the edge of the valance and over time if not careful you coul fray the edge of the valance

"Cordless blind flaws"

The cordless blinds work as advertised but there is a flaw in the construction.  There are very thin (1/16th to 1/8th inch) "ribbons" that connect the blinds to the top mount.  These ribbons are attached to the top-down blinds in a way that shows signs of wear and probable failure even before installation.  The ribbons on each side are threaded through a plastic hole in the blind and secured by tying a ring onto the end of the ribbon which prevents it from pulling through the hole.  The holes in the plastic are rough.  Each of the ribbons on my six top-down blinds show signs of cutting and tearing because of these holes.  It is just a matter of time before they break.  Otherwise, the blinds are fine and work very well.  They look great.  Thanks, Erik
