Comfortex Envision Solar Screens with SheerWeave fiberglass fabrics filter out distracting glare while maintaining a view to the outside, as well as controlling solar heat gain and protecting against damaging UV exposure.  The 2390 series fabric has a 5% openness factor for high light control and low view-through.


Note: To operate properly, the fabric on your solar screen will be up to 1 1/2" narrower than the width ordered.  Light seepage on the sides of the screen is inherent to the design of solar screen.  To reduce light seepage, consider ordering the screen as an outside mount.  See our measure and order guide for more information.

Inside

Inside mount blinds will fit within the window casing for a clean, custom look.  Enter the actual size of your window casing, NOT the size of your old blind.  We will make the necessary deductions to make the blind fit properly.  Make sure your window meets the minimum inside mount specifications, or flush mount specifications if desired.

Outside mount blinds will be installed on the wall above the window, covering the window entirely.  Enter the size you want the finished product to be, including the desired overlap.  The ordered height will include the hardware for blinds and shades.  This option is required if your window is not deep enough to install the blind as an inside mount.

Simplicity Motorized

Simplicity Motorized

The standard chain-driven clutch system features a continuous cord loop for easy lifting of even large shades.  The shade can easily be positioned at any level with precise manual control.  Select either white or black chain cord.  Clutch color will be white or black to coordinate with shade material.  To hide the fabric roll, consider one of the available headrail options.  Cord tensioner (included) must be properly mounted for product to function properly.

The SmoothLift Cordless option features the slow rise system control that lifts the shade to the top, leaving the shade safely in position.  Cordless Smooth Rise has precise placement operation: shade stays in place where you release it.  (Please note on Inside Mounts there will be a light gap up to 1", low light gaps on sides)

Enjoy affordable and Simplicity motorized operation to raise and lower your shade at the push of a button with no external cords.  Radio frequency wireless system operates shades within a 65-foot radius (no line of sight required).  Motor is controlled by handheld remote control, remote control must be ordered to operate shades.  6-Channel remote control operates shades.  8 Alkaline batteries are included in a battery wand.

Fabric rolls off the front of the shade, hiding the fabric roll.  The fabric on a standard roll shade comes off the back of the roll, which exposes both the roll and the back of the fabric.  Reverse roll shades may offer less light control because the fabric hangs further from the window glass.

Fabric rolls off the back of the shade, allowing the fabric to hang closer to the window for optimal light control.  The back of the fabric will be visible on the roll.

For proper blind operation, some windows will require the use of extension brackets (outside mount only) in order to clear obstructions such as door handles.

Used to add a small amount of extra depth to the headrail when installing in order to avoid obstructions such as molding around a window.  Available for outside mount applications only.

"Love my shades"

My living room is now way more private yet not blocked off from due to the sheerness of these blinds.  Installation was a bit more complicated than expected, but that was likely more due to my windowsill being very narrow since the instructions included in the product were easy to understand.  Highly recommend this and may get it for other rooms as well.

I purchased the blinds to block out the afternoon sun and heat and they have done as promised.  I like being able to see outside when the shades are down.  Delivery after ordering was also quick.

"Amazing!"

For the past 10 years one of my bedrooms and my kitchen were like a sauna.  I tried insulated drapes and room darkening shades but neither helped.  While searching for a way to solve the problem, I found the blindsgalore site.  I make a modest salary and was reluctant to spend the money for the two large shades that I needed, but now I wish I had bought more (there was a special, 15% off, if I spent $200).  I admit I was very skeptical.  My husband was even more skeptical and suggested we just buy window tinting plastic! We installed the shades this morning with no problem and this afternoon were were AMAZED at how cool the house was AND that we had light in rooms that previously were dark and bleak with room darkening shades!! My husband is shocked.  These shades are fabulous!
