The M-Screen Deco is made out of a fiberglass fabric that filters out damaging UV rays and reduces sunlight glare.  Unique to other solar shades, the M-Screen Deco also maintains a clear view of the outside keeping nature's beauty in sight.  The M-Screen Deco series fabric features a 5% openness factor for high light control ability and low view-through rate for outsiders.
Note: Note: To operate properly, the fabric on your shade will be up to 1 1/2" narrower than the width ordered.  Therefore, light seepage on the sides of the shade is inherent to the design of roller shades.  To reduce light seepage, consider ordering the shade as an outside mount.  See our measure and order guide for more information.

Inside

Inside mount blinds will fit within the window casing for a clean, custom look.  Enter the actual size of your window casing, NOT the size of your old blind.  We will make the necessary deductions to make the blind fit properly.  Make sure your window meets the minimum inside mount specifications, or flush mount specifications if desired.

Outside mount blinds will be installed on the wall above the window, covering the window entirely.  Enter the size you want the finished product to be, including the desired overlap.  The ordered height will include the hardware for blinds and shades.  This option is required if your window is not deep enough to install the blind as an inside mount.

Simplicity Motorized

The standard chain-driven clutch system features a continuous cord loop for easy lifting of even large shades.  The shade can easily be positioned at any level with precise manual control.  Select either white or black chain cord.  Clutch color will be white or black to coordinate with shade material.  To hide the fabric roll, consider one of the available headrail options.  Cord tensioner (included) must be properly mounted for product to function properly.

The SmoothLift Cordless option features the slow rise system control that lifts the shade to the top, leaving the shade safely in position.  Cordless Smooth Rise has precise placement operation: shade stays in place where you release it.  (Please note on Inside Mounts there will be a light gap up to 1", low light gaps on sides)

Enjoy affordable and Simplicity motorized operation to raise and lower your shade at the push of a button with no external cords.  Radio frequency wireless system operates shades within a 65-foot radius (no line of sight required).  Motor is controlled by handheld remote control, remote control must be ordered to operate shades.  6-Channel remote control operates shades.  8 Alkaline batteries are included in a battery wand.

Standard Roll

Fabric rolls off the front of the shade, hiding the fabric roll.  The fabric on a standard roll shade comes off the back of the roll, which exposes both the roll and the back of the fabric.  Reverse roll shades may offer less light control because the fabric hangs further from the window glass.

Fabric rolls off the back of the shade, allowing the fabric to hang closer to the window for optimal light control.  The back of the fabric will be visible on the roll.

For proper blind operation, some windows will require the use of extension brackets (outside mount only) in order to clear obstructions such as door handles.

Used to add a small amount of extra depth to the headrail when installing in order to avoid obstructions such as molding around a window.  Available for outside mount applications only.

"Best Purchase Ever"

I struggled with the many choices (solar shades, blinds, fabric/vinyl shades...) available for window coverings.  I finally decided to "go out on a limb" to try the "Comfortex" solar shade.  My husband and I decided on the reverse roll because we have "box" windows.  The shade looks beautiful and does not need a valance.  It fits the window perfectly, and my husband said that it was easy to install.  We purchased the shade for our home office; privacy was not an issue as we live in a rural area.  The shade allows a view to the outside but cuts glare inside very well.  Outsiders can view inside clearly at nighttime, so if privacy is an issue, this shade would not be your best choice.  However, if you want a clean, classy-looking, easy-to-operate window treatment, I would highly recommend trying this product.
