Two Simple DIY Spring Floral Centerpieces

With spring in full bloom, it’s time to add some floral touches to your home. Brighten your spirits and create one (or both) of these fresh and easy centerpieces. Zesty Floral Lemon Centerpiece

This bright floral centerpiece will take you only a few short minutes, but the compliments from guests will keep pouring in! With lemons around the sides of the vase, your home will instantly feel like spring has sprung.

Materials: 

  • Clear Vase (a short square one would be best)
  • Cup For Flowers Inside of the Vase
  • 10 Lemons
  • Flower Arrangement
  • Floral Wire

Instructions:

Step 1: Arrange your flowers, trim them down, then tie together with floral wire.

Step 2: Slice your lemons.

Step 2: Place cup with water inside larger vase.

Step 3: Place sliced lemons around water cup.

Step 4: Place floral arrangement inside water cup.

Step 5: Enjoy your beautiful arrangement!

Mini Succulent Garden

Succulents are some of the easiest plants to care for because they require very little water. Make this mini succulent garden in a vintage tin to add even more character to your home!

Materials:

  • Rocks
  • Soil
  • 5-6 Succulents in Various Sizes
  • 1 Mini Cactus
  • Container for Succulent Garden

Instructions:

Step 1: Place a layer of rocks in the bottom of your container.

Step 2: Add a small layer of soil to over the rocks.

Step 3: Soften the roots of your succulents and make a small hole in the soil wherever you want them placed. Add another layer of soil to cover the roots.

Step 4: When your succulents are placed where you want them, add another layer of rocks to completely cover the soil.
