Wonderful products, wonderful website, and wonderful service

We are always so pleased to hear back from happy customers. It’s rewarding to know that the products we sell improve the look and functionality of our customers’ homes. A special thanks to Kathy for sharing her positive experience with us in the note below.

Just wanted to let you guys know how satisfied and happy we are with your products and how blown away I am with your customer service. We looked at blinds stores, “big box” stores and department stores locally and were just not happy with the experience. Either they acted like they didn’t want our business or the prices were just not right. My husband went online and found your website browsing Google. Since your prices were so reasonable, I decided to give you a try. Our windows are odd sizes so I knew we needed custom fitting products and I agonized over whether I measured right but your site made the measuring process painless. The site is easy to navigate through and very user friendly. I ordered cordless shades, wood blinds and roman shades made by various companies including Levolor, Bali, and your own product and they all look great and hang perfectly and they are easy to raise and lower.

One of the shades we ordered came in the wrong color. The person I talked to was personable and professional. I was told that since it was a custom made product, that I should keep the blinds that were sent by mistake and that you would send me the correct product immediately. I received the blinds in the right color the next day!!!!! I was amazed.

So thank you for your wonderful products, your wonderful website, and your wonderful customer service. I will definitely use your company again for any further window treatments I need and I will tell my neighbors, friends, and family how satisfied we are with Blindsgalore.
