Most products are ground shipped directly to the customer from our manufacturers using UPS or FedEx. Oversized products are delivered by a common freight carrier and may take slightly longer for delivery. Freight carriers provide curbside delivery only. Customers may be responsible for additional charges for special delivery requests such as in-home delivery, remote area delivery, etc.
Yes. We are happy to offer you 2 Day Express shipping for $25 and Overnight shipping for $50. Orders placed on the weekends or after 12 PM PST during the week will be processed the next business day. Standard shipping for swatches is free and and orders are typically delivered within 3 to 5 business days via US Mail.

Yes. For inside mount window treatments, please provide the exact measurement rounded down to the nearest 1/8". The manufacturers will take a slight deduction on the width to make sure it fits inside of the casing with enough clearance to operate correctly.

Dye lots can vary slightly between orders, so it is always best to order a full set of matching blinds for each room at the same time. Also, window treatment lines do occasionally get discontinued, making it difficult or impossible to order matching window treatments to go with the ones you have already purchased.

Bamboo shades are made from real bamboo wood, so their color and pattern can vary between samples and the actual shade that you order. The color typically ranges between a green, yellow or brown shade. The sample should be used only to get an idea of the string/ladder placement and a general feel for the pattern of the product.

Slight color, grain and texture variations should be expected. With any type of natural wood product, slight shrinkage, stretching and warping may occur over time.
Wood is a natural product, so some wood slats may vary. Our manufactures strive to incorporate wood slats that complement each other, but you may see some grain or color variation (particularly in stained wood). This differentiation sets wood apart from other man-made materials and enhances the beauty of your blind. If you need more than one natural blind of the same color, we recommend you order them all at the same time for the most closely-matched grain and color variation.

Color coordinated means similar colors but not necessarily the same exact color. An exact match in color is not always possible for the components of the blind/shade. The color that best coordinates with the product's slat/fabric color will be chosen for use on the components. Headrails come in a limited number of colors and are color coordinated with the shade material by each of the manufacturers. Paints, stains and dyes may look different when applied to different materials due to the material's ability to absorb color. Variation of color is normal and should be expected. Some specialty headrails only come in white and will be noted on our website.
Light leakage or seepage is inherent to some products. Blinds typically do not form a perfect seal between slats to block out all light, and longer blinds will have less closure at the bottom of the blinds. This is normal and should be expected.
