Before my purchase I contacted Customer Service by email concerning some questions I had. They replied the next day with very honest answers. The blinds arrived several days sooner than the stated delivery date. Installation was easy and quick. I had a problem with one of the blinds lowering all the way but it worked itself out after several attempts. Over all I am extremely satisfied and will be quick to recommend Blindsgalore to my friends.View this product
