"best customer service ever"

I couldn't ask for better quality in workmanship than the roller shades that Blindsgalore sent us.  They were exactly the right size for our windows and they block out the light exceedingly well.  But it is the customer service and integrity of this firm that most truly impresses me.  One of our shades got damaged in shipment by the carrier.  We had not opened the cardboard cartons they come in, because we were doing other projects at the time.  Then, later, we discovered the damage.  I called their customer service, explained the situation, they asked that I send them some photos of the damage by email, I did, and practically the next day our new shades were shipped.  No carrier damage this time.  And no muss no fuss from the seller.  They are great!
