To order an arched window treatment online, the height must be exactly half of the ordered width.  This is called a perfect arch, and is shaped like a half circle.  If your arched window is not a perfect half circle, you will need to make a template of your window - contact our sales department for instructions on how to create a template of your arched window and place your arch window shade order.

When ordering, please indicate whether your arch is the top portion of a rectangular window or is separated from the rectangular window beneath it.  This will ensure that your shade is constructed properly.  By also ordering a rectangular shade of the same width for the lower portion of the window, you can easily cover your arch-top window.  This combination of two shades is called arch-over-standard.  An arch that is separate from any other window is called a stand-alone arch.

Palladian window treatments is simply an architectural term for arch-top window treatments.  In some cases, Palladian windows include narrow vertical windows on the side of the rectangular portion of the main window, which can also have matching shades or be left open.
