"Satisfied"

I ordered these blinds without seeing a sample first.  It wasn't EXACTLY what I expected based on the swatch online, but I do like the blinds.  I was looking for blackout blinds and I am very happy with them with regard to keeping the light out of the room.  Installation was relatively simple, but a bit tedious.  The final product looks very nice.  Overall I am very happy with the blinds.

"Semi-Happy"

The blinds were a bit difficult to install, it took approximately 3 hours, some of the installation issues were error on our own part.  The actual blinds crinkle/dent easily and when we installed them we created wrinkles that we cannot get out.  The blinds are durable and were great.  One other comment, the wand to move the blinds is VERY long.
