I found this website after coming to the realization that blinds, shades, and even curtains are startlingly expensive, but that I desperately needed something for my west-facing window in my art studio. The sun shining in in the evening was so intense, I could barely even use the room at those times. I did look at some plain, boring blinds on other sites that were a tad cheaper, but it's such a huge window that I wanted a shade that would be aesthetically pleasing as well as doing its job. This is it!! The blinds fit perfectly in the window and filter the light ideally -- the sun is no longer screaming at me, but still illuminates the room. (I couldn't really be sitting here writing this review without them!) These are easy to raise up and down despite the low-tech control option I picked. The design on them is really fun -- so glad I chose these instead of plain boring white ones! Overall I am very pleased with my purchase from this site and I will definitely look to them for future window treatments.

The Shade was as shown on the website, and matched our wall. We got the motorized option with remote, and that works well. The shade fit the window opening well. The only problem I had was with the installation brackets, as others have mentioned. The brackets install in the window opening, and you make sure they are level and in line with one another first. The problem is the part of the bracket that grabs on to the lower part of the shade header rail won't fully engage the bottom of the header. Broke my fingernail, and spent hours trying to get it clipped in. Need better engineering on the mounting brackets.
