The process was a breeze, the product exceeded my expectations, amid the installation was flawless ( I read the instructions) I am changing all my windows and skylights over now.

The blind was VERY well constructed from good-quality components and arrived extremely well packaged. They were straightforward to put up (once you realised which way up the guides go - the instructions don't say) though I had to drill holes through the alumnium guide as the raised blind obscured the pre-drilled top ones. But the quality of the blind was excellent, and it looks great.
