"Perfect for our nursery"

We decided on this blind for our nursery because we wanted something that would create total darkness, but we also wanted something that would let light through and just provide privacy for occasions when the babies aren't sleeping. This is a perfect solution. The blackout portion keeps almost all of the light out, then the regular shade allows light in but looks great. I love it. The cordless feature is also important since it's in a babies room.

I found this website after coming to the realization that blinds, shades, and even curtains are startlingly expensive, but that I desperately needed something for my west-facing window in my art studio. The sun shining in in the evening was so intense, I could barely even use the room at those times. I did look at some plain, boring blinds on other sites that were a tad cheaper, but it's such a huge window that I wanted a shade that would be aesthetically pleasing as well as doing its job. This is it!! The blinds fit perfectly in the window and filter the light ideally -- the sun is no longer screaming at me, but still illuminates the room. (I couldn't really be sitting here writing this review without them!) These are easy to raise up and down despite the low-tech control option I picked. The design on them is really fun -- so glad I chose these instead of plain boring white ones! Overall I am very pleased with my purchase from this site and I will definitely look to them for future window treatments.
