"Great Look"

Unfortunately one of the cords broke when I tried to tilt close the blinds.  Another blind would not close either.  Comfortex is replacing the broken blind and the mechanism in the other blind.  I admitted mis measuring and wanted to change my width on the broken blind or order "no trim".  Too bad I had to pay more for the replacement.
