I found this company on a web-search to solve my doorway issue. I was tired of looking at the and temporary and paper blind I had hung 1-1/2 years ago. I special-ordered this blind to cover a doorway-type opening (9' tall) from my kitchen to the upstairs. I had two intentions: 1. Keep the warm air where I wanted it (upstairs in the summer and amp; downstairs in the winter), and 2. Keep my dogs downstairs. The blind, with the additional hardware that locked the bottom of the extended blind accomplished both objectives. The doorway begins on the first step up, so there were not a lot of alternatives to close the opening without losing clearance on the steps. It looks really great, too! The company was really great in their email communication about the status of my order. It came promptly and was very well packaged. We had no issues installing the blind or the additional hardware. The instructions were very clear. I would order from this company again.
