They do have a problem with packaging and shipping of LARGE items.  Our 1st arrived damaged and we had to have another one made and shipped.  2nd was ok.

Offer discounts on a lower minimum purchase.  I recently purchased blinds for my m.  bath and becasue of your great prices I did not get an additional discount.  I will definitely purchase more blinds but not all at once.
