Your window treatment is custom made based on your specifications and all sales are final. When you follow our measuring instructions, we guarantee your product will fit. We also offer free color swatches on most products so you can see the exact materials and color prior to placing your order. If you make a mistake in measuring or ordering, please contact our customer service department at 1-877-702-5463 within seven days of delivery. Depending on the error, you may return the product for size reduction, or we can have it remade for you at a discounted price. Shipping charges for size reduction or remakes are the responsibility of the customer.
Upon receipt of your order, immediately open and inspect it thoroughly for any manufacturing error, defect, or shipping damage. If you find your product incorrect, damaged or defective, please contact our customer service department within seven days of delivery at 1-877-702-5463 . Freight claims cannot be accepted after 7 days. If the product requires replacement, you will be given a Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA) and a shipping address to return the products. Returns must have an RGA number for an exchange. Each manufacture reserves the right to repair or replace damaged or defective merchandise at their discretion. Blindsgalore and/or its manufacturers will not be responsible for any labor or supply cost for associated with repackaging, removal or reinstalling the product. Please inspect your products entirely prior to arranging professional installation.
Changes and cancellations can be made only before your order has gone into production. If you need to cancel or modify an order, please call our customer service department at 1-877-702-5463 . We will do our best to assist your needs, however, if your order has been placed into production, we will not be able to adjust or cancel your order.
