It took a few weeks to get the blinds, but when we got them & put them up...beautiful! Easy to install. Looked fantastic. Cordless was fabulous. But, my error, I needed room darkening. I emailed Blinds Galore and they gave me an address to ship them back (shipping at my expense) and I was given total credit to use on room darkening blinds. Th best part was that the shipping address was a Habitat for Humanity Restore. How awesome is that?! I’m waiting for my new blinds & then plan to purchase blinds for my whole house from Blinds Galore. Fabulous customer service, fabulous product!
