After all, it takes cruise ships miles to turn around.\u00a0 It turns out this lumbering giant movie machine is much lighter on its feet than one would expect.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier in the week, Gizmodo, my go-to design and technology blog, covered the &#8220;problems&#8221; with the release of Disney&#8217;s new movie, &#8220;Zootopia&#8221;. I won&#8217;t be a movie spoiler, but it is a tale of bias and stereotypes. As the movie was nearing completion, the animation team at Disney realized that having a pessimistic fox becoming enlightened to the bright side of life by a spunky rabbit was a tired\u00a0clich\u00e9. Nevertheless, Disney decided that their imprimatur of perfection had to be upheld and in the name of producing superior movies, more work needed to be done. Much of the film was scrapped and the animators cheerfully went to work re-crafting the movie.<\/p>\n<p>At Blindsgalore, we can relate to Disney&#8217;s mission.
