In fact, lately, I can\u2019t seem to get enough pattern into the rooms I\u2019m designing, or even into my life in general. Right now I\u2019m redoing a space that is part sunroom and part guest bedroom. I immediately concluded that stripes on the windows are a must, because the room is on the smaller side and some horizontal stripes will stretch the room out to make it feel expansive. So I knew I had to get the stripes box checked, but I also I had corresponding patterns on my wish list. However, I wasn\u2019t quite sure how I was going to bring it all together and make the stripes work alongside another pattern or two. Layering patterns is one of those things that when done right can be an unapologetically chic statement or, if not quite thought out, can be a disastrously unkempt mishmash. Well, I didn\u2019t want mishmash. I definitely wanted unapologetic.<\/p>\n<p>Suffice it to say, my dreams came true when I spotted the patterned soft goods at the Roberta Roller Rabbit store.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.blindsgalore.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/09\/RRR-Pillows-1_edit.jpg\" rel=\"mfp\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3201 lazyload\" title=\"RRR Pillows 1_edit\" src=\"data:image\/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAAAAACH5BAEKAAEALAAAAAABAAEAAAICTAEAOw==\" data-src=\"https:\/\/www.blindsgalore.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/09\/RRR-Pillows-1_edit.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" data-sizes=\"auto\" data-srcset=\"https:\/\/www.blindsgalore.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/09\/RRR-Pillows-1_edit.jpg 600w, https:\/\/www.blindsgalore.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/09\/RRR-Pillows-1_edit-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/a>The patterns here range a gamut of colors, so weeding out choices is not an easy task. Just look at the pillows alone\u2014 and these are only some of them.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.blindsgalore.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/09\/RRR-Pillows-2_edit.jpg\" rel=\"mfp\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3202 lazyload\" title=\"RRR Pillows 2_edit\" src=\"data:image\/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAAAAACH5BAEKAAEALAAAAAABAAEAAAICTAEAOw==\" data-src=\"https:\/\/www.blindsgalore.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/09\/RRR-Pillows-2_edit.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" data-sizes=\"auto\" data-srcset=\"https:\/\/www.blindsgalore.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/09\/RRR-Pillows-2_edit.jpg 600w, https:\/\/www.blindsgalore.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/09\/RRR-Pillows-2_edit-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/a>Luckily, my heart was set on the blue family, so I whittled down my vision pretty efficiently. I\u2019m still finalizing exactly which blue patterns to coordinate, but I do know that they will all pair well with the striped roller shades I\u2019ve picked out from our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.blindsgalore.com\/products.asp?id=expressions\/size-24x36\/\" target=\"_blank\">Blindsgalore Expessions line<\/a>. I\u2019m thinking I\u2019ll go with Casual Stripe in either <a href=\"https:\/\/www.blindsgalore.com\/WindowProduct.asp?id=709414\" target=\"_blank\">Cornflower or Nautical Blue<\/a>.
