Blindsgalore supports the Window Covering Safety Council (WCSC) and the Window Covering Manufacturers Association (WCMA) in providing window treatments that meet the highest standards in cord safety to avoid any unwanted injuries or mishaps. The WCMA has created the Certified Best for Kids label to help identify products that are both suitable and strongly recommended in homes with young children. This certification program is the first of its kind and cordless lift options with this label have undergone rigorous third-party testing to ensure they meet stringent safety criteria. Select lift options labeled as Certified Best for Kids for utmost safety. Blindsgalore also recommends upgrading to a motorized blind or shade when available for extra protection and greater accessibility. Window treatment options that have been Certified Best for Kids are the smartest and safest choice for all of your blinds and shades.

"Great Value"

By from

We priced the same shades in a local store and at two major home improvement centers. The pricing offered by Blindsgalore was significantly less. The website was easy to navigate for ordering samples, selecting a product, and determining measurements. The product arrived in a timely manner and included step by step instructions for installation. We are completely satisfied with the material, function, and appearance of our new covering for our patio door.

"Perfect Shade"

By leamm from Michigan

These shades are perfect for sliding glass doors. No light gets through and the material holds the heat in and seems to keep the cold out (Michigan). I haven't had them through the summer yet. We had some difficulty with installing. I thought the instructions for using the extenders were lacking - pictures are not always fully explanatory. Also, getting the cord in place was very difficult as there was NO give at the end to allow placement of the cord holders. It took about 2 hours to install, but is successfully in place and doing our sliding glass door justice. Thank you
