Blindsgalore made it so easy to order our blinds. I am so pleased that we went with the top down bottom up shades as there are many times when i'd like to have sunlight without losing the privacy. There was an issue with one of our blinds, but BG was very responsive, and sent us a replacement shade at no cost to us. I only have one more window (patio door) to cover and I'll definitely be going with BG.
