With custom sidelight window treatments, not only will your sidelight blinds be a perfect fit but it will also give you privacy and light control options. If you'd like wood or faux wood sidelight window treatments to match your décor, please contact our sales department. What I ordered wasn't going to work, a staff member recognized this and called me to make sure I got the right item. That is above and beyond most! Thank you!View this product

In an effort to save money, we decided to purchase blinds for our new home from Blindsgalore. We ordered 5 blinds to start and they were terrible, the cloth on the blinds fell off as soon as the blinds were professionally installed. When we closed the blinds with the wand it sounded like pieces of rusted metal rubbed together. When the wand stopped, one would think all the slats were all closed, they were not...half the blinds were closed and we had to flip the other half with our hands. Luckily, Blindsgalore has great customer service. I emailed pictures and a video (for sound) for them to review and a new order was placed (without the cloth). We received the new order about 2 weeks after it was placed and although they are a lot better than the initial order, the return (which has clumps of craft glue joining it to the valance) on the Eloquence valance does not adequately cover the railing and the top slat often gets stuck and will not close (up or down) when the blinds are closed. Overall, we have 5 blinds that give us the coverage we need for privacy but we are not happy with the quality of our blinds from Blindsgalore.View this product
