"Great room darkening shade"

This is a second product of my first time ordering with this company. I only needed to replace one of three shades in my bedroom. I kept reviewing video and instructions to ensure I measured correctly since it was my first time ever doing this. I had not ordered the correct sheer shade and only realized it when I received a sample I had ordered without realizing it. I spoke to one of the customer service reps and she was extremely helpful and patient. She took all my information and called back to tell me the original order had not been processed and I confirmed I was ready with my new selection. Since I had already installed solar shades ordered earlier, installing these shades was quick for me. I did not need any assistance. I love my Simply Chic 2 1/2" Sheer Shades - Room Darkening. Although they are room darkening I still need curtains because I like it to be pitch black in order to have a good sleep. The amount of darkening is the same I had with a similar product from a different manufacturer. The entire experience and product quality has been beyond my expectation. I would definitely order in the future.
