Our products are custom made to your specifications. Once an order is placed, the manufacturer begins production of your window covering.

If your order consists of a combination of window treatments or brands, you may receive multiple shipment confirmations. As your item(s) arrive, immediately open and inspect the boxes thoroughly. If you find your product damaged or defective, please contact our customer service department immediately at 877-702-5463, M-F 6:00 AM-3:30 PM PST.

Shipping times are affected by the distance between the manufacturing facility and where your order is to be shipped. Oversize orders also add to delivery times as they may require shipping by a common carrier (i.e. trucking lines) which can extend the delivery date by several days. Back orders on fabrics or materials may also result in a delay. All shipping dates are estimates.

Products are automatically ground shipped by our manufacturers via UPS or FedEx with the exception of those that are either greater than 100 inches or a total order weight more than 100 pounds. Oversized products will be delivered by a common freight carrier and may take slightly longer for delivery. Freight carriers provide curbside delivery only. Customers may be responsible for additional charges for special delivery requests such as in-home delivery, remote area delivery etc.
