This was our first purchase. We were amazed how easy it was to measure the windows for the correct size with the information provided. We received the blinds within 2 weeks and were very happy with the color we selected. While I was at work, my husband installed the blinds with ease. The only problem was two of the side pieces were missing. He called the 800 number and we had our missing parts within a few days. I would definitely purchase similar items in the future. The blinds look beautiful!

The size was cut perfect. Instalation was very easy and required only basic tools. They are open and shut every day and the mech. action is as smooth as you could ask for. A quality product!
