I bought these blinds on line; the customer service was outstanding. They provided an installer who was also outstanding and reasonable; I am completely satisfied and would recommend them highly to anyone looking for new blinds. The wooden valance they made is beautiful and gives the blinds a finished look.

Delivery was on schedule, installation was easy. about 15 minutes for a standard window. Maybe 30 minutes for the 72 inch window. You'll need 2 people for the larger windows. They block that hot afternoon sun, definitely keeps the room cooler and they look great.
