| Shipping is free on all orders up to 100" in width. A delivery charge of $60 will be charged for each oversized window treatment over 100" wide. Please note that we cannot ship to PO boxes, FPO, or APO Addresses. |

We offer shipping to Alaska and Hawaii for a flat rate of $30 for each window treatment under 100" wide. Each blind or shade over 100" wide will incur a $75 charge.
A freight charge of $75 is applied for each shutter under 100". Shutters over 100" will incur a charge of $120 each.
Drapery, regardless of size, will incur a shipping charge of $30 each. |

| Products are automatically ground shipped by our manufacturers via UPS or FedEx with the exception of those that are either greater than 100 inches or weight more than 100 pounds. Oversized products will be delivered by a common freight carrier and may take slightly longer for delivery. Freight carriers provide curbside delivery only. Customers may be responsible for additional charges for special delivery requests such as in-home delivery, remote area delivery etc. |

| Because our products are custom made to your exact specifications, they are not made until you order them. The time it takes to make a window treatment varies across all manufacturers and products. | Keep in mind that if your order consists of a combination of window treatments or brands, you may receive each of the products at different times. |
