The blind is mounted inside the window casing; offers a tailored look, emphasizing the actual size of the window.  Any deductions will be made by the manufacturer.  Window casing should at least meet the minimum depth required to accommodate the brackets, or the flush mount depth to have the headrail fully recessed in the casing.  When selecting your size, enter the actual dimensions of your window casing.

The blind is mounted on the wall or molding outside the window casing to cover an area larger than the window itself.  Outside mounted blinds are required if the window casing is not deep enough to accommodate the mounting brackets for an inside mount.  When selecting your size, enter the desired size of the blind itself - at least 1 1/2" of overlap on each side is recommended.

Cordless for Woven Shades

Cordless for Woven Shades

Standard lifting system with cord lock mechanism for reliable and easy positioning of the shade.

Eliminates dangling or puddling cords on the floor and provides the mechanical advantage to raise and lower shades with little effort.  Cord loop stays at the same length regardless of shade position.

Allows the operation of the shade from the top down, the bottom up or both to combine privacy and light control.  Shade lowers to let in exterior light while providing privacy at the bottom section of the window.  Two separate cords will operate the shade - one on the right to raise and lower the shade from the bottom, and one on the left to raise and lower the shade from the top.  Available with an optional liner to provide even greater privacy.

This exclusive lift system for woven wood shades eliminates dangling cords altogether for a clean, finished profile and improved safety for children and pets.  Simply push up on the handle to open or pull down to close with little effort.  Note: cordless shades ordered with edge binding will have the binding applied only to the sides of the shade.

This exclusive shade control system is like two shades in one.  The upper section is unlined while the lower section has a blackout liner in one of four colors.  Each section can cover the entire window for total privacy and light control - or position the connecting middle rail anywhere on the window to get a combination of light filtering above and privacy below.  Note: when ordering, simply select the Day/Night option with the blackout liner color of your choice from the "Lift" options selection.  You do not need to make a selection in the separate "Liner Options" selection when ordering Day/Night.

Optional fabric liner is affixed to the back of the shade for privacy around the clock when the shade is lowered.  The semi-opaque light-filtering liner creates additional privacy and gently filters light.  Available in colors to coordinate with your shade color.  All liners have an off-white backing for a neutral streetside appearance.

Cord Cleats

Cord Cleats

Used to prevent the cords of a window covering from pooling on the floor or window sill.  Cord cleats are a safe solution to keep dangerous, dangling cords out of reach of children.  Available for inside or outside mount applications.

For installations requiring additional space between the blind and the mounting surface, so that the blind will clear obstructions such as window cranks or trim.  Available for outside mount applications only.

Note: Selecting extension brackets in conjunction with a valance may cause the valance returns (side pieces to cover the end of the headrail) to be made longer.  These brackets should only be ordered when extra space is required; otherwise the valance may not fit correctly.

Hold-down brackets prevent blinds from swaying and are recommended for blinds and shades installed on doors and over windows subject to wind exposure.  Brackets must be unfastened from wall/door for shade to raise.  Available for outside mount applications only.

Note: Small holes will be included in each side of the bottom rail to accommodate the hold-down brackets.
