We ordered 13 motorized shades - not only was the price a fraction of our local dealer - they are excellent quality and exactly what we wanted. The only negative is the poor instructions for programming the Somfy remote controls. When there are 13 blinds in two rooms and two remotes - the instructions are poor. After a lot of time on the internet I finally had to call Somfy customer service - and they walked me through it- they were excellent and prompt.
