Bali® Sliding Panels: Curacao

Inside mount blinds will fit within the window casing for a clean, custom look.  Enter the actual size of your window casing, NOT the size of your old blind.  We will make the necessary deductions to make the blind fit properly.  Make sure your window meets the minimum inside mount specifications, or flush mount specifications if desired.

Outside mount blinds will be installed on the wall above the window, covering the window entirely.  Enter the size you want the finished product to be, including the desired overlap.  The ordered height will include the hardware for blinds and shades.  This option is required if your window is not deep enough to install the blind as an inside mount.

Choose the side of the blind on which the control cord for traversing the blind should be positioned.  Consider where the cord will be more easily accessible when the blind is installed; however, controls on the same side as the stack will be less noticeable.

A single wand traverses the blind, eliminating dangling cords.  Wand will be positioned on the opposite side of the stack.

Panels will gather or "stack" on the left side of the window when the blind is drawn open.

The blind will open from the middle and panels will gather evenly on either end of the window.

Fabric lining provides privacy, a neutral appearance to the outside, and reduces light and UV transmission.  Graber liners are unique in that they cover the cords of the shade for a smooth appearance and a safer shade that limits access to the cords.  The Privacy Liner is an 80/20 poly/cotton blend and is colored front and back - please order Soft White if a non-colored appearance is required to the street.

Slightly thicker and heavier, the blackout liner reduces light transmission by approximately 97%.  All blackout liners are white to the street.

Optional decorative wood hem bar adds a finishing touch and is available in the same colours as the wood cornices for a coordinated look when ordered together.  Sliding panels will come with edge binding on the bottom of the panel unless the wood hem bar is ordered.

A 6" valance is available to create a more finished look for your shade.  Edge banding will be applied to the sides and bottom of the valance.  Valance returns are included for outside mount shades and will not be edge banded.

Crafted from premium hardwood, the stately design of the Noble Wood Cornice lends an impressive appearance to your shade.  Available in stained or painted finishes and in either 5 1/2" or 7 1/2" sizes - the large size works best with large shades or to create a more dramatic effect.  Cornices with outside mount shades will have 5" returns and a dustcover to conceal the top of the shade; for inside shades, the cornice will be straight cut on the end with no returns or dustcover.  Cornices will ship separately from your shade - it is recommended to install shade and cornice at the same time.
