What You Need
1. White sheet of paper
2. Empty push pop
3. Thick ribbon
4. Thin ribbon
5. Glitter
6. Hot glue
7. Marker
How It’s Done
1. Cut white paper to fit around the pop stick
2. Hot glue paper to pop stick
3. Cut and fold a piece of big ribbon
4. Pinch the ribbon and hot glue
5. Wrap big ribbon with a small ribbon and hot glue
6. Add 3 black dots to pop stick
7. Fill with glitter
