Stunning verticals!!! OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I don't usually take the time to write a review. But the customer service I received on my order was above and beyond. When the particles came I noticed the Box was damaged. Upon opening the box I could tell that the frame had been bent. I called customer service expecting a wait and a run around- - Marty was on the phone instantly asked me to upload so pictures. I did, sent them, he called right back and said the new order had been placed and the would ship them out asap. THEY DID and they are stunning!! THANK YOU!!!! read more

Pleasant surprise.Not your father's vertical blinds!

I really did NOT want verticals but it was the only covering that would work over my large dining room picture window. Blinds Galore is my GO-TO place as I have done 2 houses previously with double cellular shades which were wonderful so I decided to gamble. I ordered Bali S vane vertical in cream. Reasonably priced and sent in a week. Easy to install. THEY LOOK WONDERFUL. Can't believe I was so nervous. These are NOTHING like old fashioned aluminum verticals.
