"height when fully raised"

Overall a very nice shade. I was disappointed however with how low it still hangs when fully raised. I have them in picture window and wanted some light control while keeping the beautiful view when the shade is raised. The shade hangs more than a foot in it's highest position. It does block some of the view. Perhaps the relaxed style was a wrong choice - I thought it looked nice.
