Blackout shades and blinds block nearly all incoming light with cellular shade, roman shade, roller shade, woven wood, pleated shade, panel track and skylight choices. Although sometimes called Blackout Blinds, a light blocking blackout effect is best achieved with shades, as they block the most light with a tight-fitting inside-mounted opaque shade. Blackout Shades eliminate maximum light seepage with specially woven material or with the addition of a liner to create a darker space than the subtler Room Darkening Shades. Custom blackout blinds provide the darkest blackout experience available.

"Great value for money!"

I spent a lot of time shopping for custom drapes for my two big picture windows; it was impossible to find off the rack drapes wide enough, and custom drapes through Costco's partner company were insanely expensive. I am so happy I found Blindsgalore--the employees I telephoned and emailed were so professional, and I am so happy with how great my drapes look!View this product
I love my pop in shades. The first one was for a large window in my shower, it was light filtering and works GREAT! The smaller one is also used in my bathroom, it’s in a regular small window. I like it as well, but didn’t mean to order room darkening, had much rather have had light filtering. When pulled down it makes the room much too dark. I leave it pretty much up all the way so that you can’t tell it’s a lot darker than the other one because of the dark lining. They are a Great Item, I love the fact that you don’t have to drill holes in your tile or window frame.View this product
