Installing Blinds and Shades 101
Wondering the basics for how to install blinds, shades and drapes? It’s probably easier than you think. Follow these steps and you’ll be well on your way to a successful installation. Be sure to open and inspect your product upon receipt to ensure you have all necessary hardware and parts before you install.
It is best to read through the installation instructions completely prior to beginning your installation.
If you want a flush mount, consider mounting depths and valance distances.
On outside mount installs use a level to ensure a level install.
On outside mount installs find the center of the window to ensure equal hangover on each side.
