Simply Chic valances are created with lightweight, fabric-wrapped PVC, making it much thinner than a traditional padded cornice.
Inside mount: Finished dimensions for inside mount will be 3/16" less than your ordered width. 3 1/2" mounting depth required for fully recessed and flush with your window opening.
Outside mount: Finished dimensions for outside mount will be ordered width plus 1 1/4". 1/2" of surface height needed to mount valance.
