Superior hardware quality ensures years of problem free operation
Single cell construction provides excellent insulation and sound absorption
Cellular fabric can be lightly dusted, vacuumed, or spot cleaned with a damp sponge
If ordering a Rechargeable Motorized lift, a charger is not included. We recommend one Battery Charger for every three shades.
Charging port is located in the headrail.
Solar Recharger Kit provides a constant charge to the integrated battery. Direct sunlight is not required but the solar panel will perform best with direct sunlight. A battery charger is not required.
Solar panel dimensions are 18 1/2" x 1 1/2".
14-Channel Remote comes in color white.
5-Channel Remote comes in color black.
NEO Smart hub is available on motorized and is compatible with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant allowing remote control of your motorized shades with a phone, tablet or PC.

Having worked at LLBean, I know what stellar customer service looks like and this company took the blue ribbon! The blinds I ordered were too wide. I guess I misjudeged altho I did it three of four times. I did discover that the distance when measured at the window was off from measured well below the winodw. Who knew? In any case, I called distressed and didn't know how I could get this huge blind returned etc etc. I had the most helpful woman who patiently walked me through measuring and measuring again. And then when the blinds arrive for the Lanai, one didn't fit either and George helped me through that one. When they say they have a 100% guarantee...they mean. it! It was a joy to work with them...and certainly will do all my business with them in the future. Plus, a company that is that responsive and helpful and generous...needs to be applauded so others can know and they can profit. They deserve it! read more
