- Track System: Shutter panels are suspended from a top aluminum track with high-quality wheel carriers for a frictionless glide.

- Floor Clearance: Panels come with a standard 1/2" floor clearance from the factory to allow for smooth movement over various flooring types.
- Valance Options: Hide the track hardware with a free optional 3 1/2" standard valance or upgrade to a premium 5" Crown Valance for a more decorative finish.
How it Operates
Our sliding shutters for sliding glass doors use a robust top-track system to ensure smooth operation and long-term stability.
- Standard 2 Channel Bypass Track: Features a double track system where panels slide past each other.
- Louvers can be open or closed while moving the panels depending on your frame selection.
- Tilt Options: Available with a traditional front tilt bar for a classic look or the Hidden Gear Tilt system for a sleeker, unobstructed view.
Frame Specifications
Our sliding shutters for patio doors are available with different frame depths to accommodate your mounting requirements.
- Closed Louver By-Pass (3-Side Frame): The top track frame measures 2 1/4" in height, while side frames measure 1 1/4" in width. Total depth is 5" (6 1/2" with valance).
- Open Louver By-Pass (3-Side Framek): The top track frame measures 2 1/4" in height, while side frames measure 1 1/4" in width. Total depth is 8 3/8" (9 7/8" with valance).
- Mounting Advice: These systems can be mounted on or outside existing moldings. For moldings that are at least 2" and flat, mounting directly on top of the molding is recommended.
- Overlap Requirements: To ensure proper coverage, add a minimum of 4.5" to the width and 2.25" to the height of your measurements.
- Installation Note: Due to the depth needed we only offer this as outside mount, if you are looking for inside mount, please contact us to order.
