I have done business with Blinds Galore in the past two homes I have owned and have been very happy with the product and their responsive service when I have had any questions. I am in my third home and happy to order from this company again. In the past I always went with wood shutters and was hesitant to got with the PolyResin and in ivory as recommended with my wood tone. I am NOT disappointed. They are BEAUTIFUL, easy to install, and the highest of quality. Everything fit like a glove and functions well. I cannot stop looking at the two windows we put them on, they are so regal looking. We are very satisfied overall with the two sets of bi-fold plantation shutters we purchased and would recommend the products to your future customers. We did have some issues with the actual fabrication, and packaging of our units. One set was sent with the wrong size header track which was to short for the overall opening width. Once I received the new track and started hanging the panels, I discovered that the hinges on one panel were not aligned properly to match the panel next to it, so had to wait for a new panel to be made, which took about seven days to get. The second set of shutters were shipped with some parts missing that I had to wait a couple of days to get, in order to be able to complete the installation. The one thing I will say, is they were very responsive to these issues, and corrected them as quickly as possible.
