We recently purchased several blinds/ shades from Blinds Galore. The first Natural Woven shade was an inch too wide, my mistake, and Denise in customer service had the correct size ordered and we donated the shade. The second Natural woven shade was 76” wide and motorized. Several issues: only 2 brackets were sent, again Denise contacted the manufacturer but the wrong brackets were sent. We waited and finally my husband bought brackets and several weeks later, 4 brackets arrived.??We had trouble pairing the remote and after Denise paired us with a Levelor rep and she talked me through everything, she discovered that the motor was not working properly.???????A new shade was ordered , once again Denise in customer service reordered and once it arrived we installed it and paired the remote!
