Finished Dimensions

Provide your exact window measurements for the best fit. For inside mount, measure the width and height of your window opening; for outside mount, measure the full area you want to cover. Our factory will make the following adjustments to ensure a flawless installation. See how to measure your windows

Inside Mount

  • Headrail: 1/4" less than ordered width
  • Fabric: up to 1-1/4" less than ordered width, with 1" deduction on the control end
  • Height: ordered height

Outside Mount

  • Headrail: ordered width
  • Fabric: up to 1-1/4" less than ordered width, with 1" deduction on the control end
  • Height: ordered height

Note: Finished measurements may vary by ~1/8".

Specifications and Mounting Requirements

  • How big or small this shade can be made (depending on lift)
  • If your window has at least the minimum inside mount depth or outside mount space, the blind/shade will fit
  • For inside mount only, if your window has the minimum flush mount depth, the blind/shade will sit fully inside the windowsill for the cleanest, built-in look

Quality Product, Love Them

We got the automatic 97 percent Light filtering solar shades. Awesome. Have direct light reflecting off of water and they are perfect. Can see the view (slightly distorted) but not the blinding light. The way the fabric sits, the bottom edge trim, the automatic operation, its beautiful. The programming was a little frustration because I was having issues following the instructions. I found a YOUTUBE video from Comfortex that has a step that the written instructions do not have. Programmed 5 shades onto a single remote but struggling to get 2 windows to operate on the same channel even though I'm following the detailed instructions. Going to call for support. These are a significant upgrade from the Blinds Galore solar product. read more
