If ordering a Rechargeable Motorized lift, a charger is not included. We recommend one Battery Charger for every three shades.
Charging port is located in the headrail.
Solar Recharger Kit provides a constant charge to the integrated battery. Direct sunlight is not required but the solar panel will perform best with direct sunlight. A battery charger is not required.
Solar panel dimensions are 18 1/2" x 1 1/2".
NEO Smart hub is available on motorized and is compatible with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant allowing remote control of your motorized shades with a phone, tablet or PC.

Good blinds, work as described

We purchased of these blinds to cover our 3 panel patio door. Our tv is in this room and we needed the blackout feature during the day. They really do completely block light. Only a small amount of light comes in at the edges, since we went with inside mount. Turns out that we probably could have gone with room darkening, which is a bit cheaper. We really like the top down bottom up because we live on the second floor and can let in light through the top. We also like the cordless feature, as it is a cleaner look. We like the larger 3/4” pleat for this large window space. Construction seems to be good and the mechanism works smoothly. There is a certain touch to raising them. It is tempting to try to raise them faster than the mechanism can work. It just takes a slight bit of patience. The only struggle is with getting the blinds to close all the way to the floor. It takes just a little extra effort to get that last 1/2 inch. Actually, the small amount of light coming in at the bottom is not a bother anyway. We are very happy with our purchase. These do seem to be a quality product. We have only had them in place for a couple months, so I can’t say much about durability. We raise and lower them daily, so I expected the internal cords will need replacement after some years. We did buy the extra warranty. Also, installation was quite easy.
