I received my custom made shutters, took about 2 weeks. The packaging was well done, no damage. Very easy to install. took me less the an hour. My shutters were for a large window, 64" wide by 70" high. They look awesome. Great company....

"Excellent product and experience"

We purchased our Plantation shutters for our two windows and sliding glass door about a year ago. When we called to place the order we were on the phone with the rep for about an hour giving him the measurements for each window and the sliding glass door. When the shutters arrived my wife and I installed the window shutters first and it was a perfect fit. The sliding glass door shutters were a little more effort to install because you had to put in the framework first but overall pretty simple. The accuracy of the cuts to all the products was amazing. Also, last month we had new windows put in so I took down the window Plantation shutters and I stripped a few of the screws so I called Blindsgalore to ask for new screws. Within 3 days they sent me every screw that came with the purchase at NO CHARGE. Blindsgalore did a excellent job.
