I was a little concerned about ordering this kind of thing online but the agent spent all the time necessary with me on the phone and walk through exactly how to measure it. He sent me all the samples I needed and then spend more time with me choosing drapes that would match the cornice.

Blindsgalore made measuring and ordering so easy. I did make a mistake (completely my error) and entered a width of 68" for the cornice, when in fact I needed 70". Fortunately, I quickly realized my error and contacted customer service. The agent I spoke with was so courteous and professional. She immediately contacted the manufacturing facility to see if we could update the width. They quickly replied confiming the change. When the cornice arrived (in less than a week and a half as I recall), I was amazed at the quality and craftsmanship! Not to mention over-the-moon happy that the width was indeed 70"! Mounting instructions were clear and my husband had them installed in about 45 minutes. I could not be happier with the Cornice or Blindsgalore.com. I will be a returning customer for sure.
