"fantastic products + exceptional customer service"

My new top down bottom up cordless lift honeycomb shade has now been installed and looks great. But beyond the high quality of the products offered, it's the customer service that really sets BG apart from the rest in my experience. When I ordered this shade I knew my windows were too tall for me to be able to reach all the way up there to raise and lower the shade. I thought I'd just figure out later how to deal with that challenge. I was talking to customer service about a question and happened to mention that. She said she could order the extension pole from the manufacturer for me but when she got the price it was higher than I wanted to pay. I said I'd just figure out something on my own with a broom handle or whatever. Later that day, I received an email that a package was on the way to me. I received it a day later and it was the plastic end-cap that has the hook to lower and another section to lift -- all I have to do is add the pole. That was at no charge to me. I have at least 4 other stories similar to that regarding my purchases from BG over the years where their service after the sale was above-and-beyond excellent. This company gets my highest customer service rating and the products and prices are great too!

"Just right"

These blinds are nice quality and installed easily. Our project involved a bank of three windows, one very wide flanked by two skinny ones. And we wanted cordless top-down-bottom-up operation and double cell to add insulation from the baking afternoon sun. Very few products out there could accommodate all our requirements. When I found these I was close to giving up. It was also nice that they didn’t cost an arm and a leg. The double cell does a remarkable job of insulating, I’m so glad we sprang for it. We are very happy with the quality and value of our blinds, and the order came promptly as scheduled. Now, on to the next project!
