Blackout Shades & Blinds
- Best choice for complete darkness
- Blocks 99% of incoming light
- Great for bedrooms and home theaters
- Tight-fitting inside mounts block the most light
- Many styles to darken your space
Blackout shades and blinds block nearly all incoming light with cellular shade, roman shade, roller shade, woven wood, pleated shade, panel track and skylight choices. Although sometimes called Blackout Blinds, a light blocking blackout effect is best achieved with shades, as they block the most light with a tight-fitting inside-mounted opaque shade. Blackout Shades eliminate maximum light seepage with specially woven material or with the addition of a liner to create a darker space than the subtler Room Darkening Shades. Custom blackout blinds provide the darkest blackout experience available.

"Just What I Wanted"
By Dee from York, Pa
I purchased these blinds for a living room that has a western exposure. The evening sun can be quite intense during the summer months. The blinds will provide additional insulation and help to prevent any fading of upholstered furniture. I love that there are options for allowing just the right amount of sunlight into the room.View this product
"Great Shades, Great Value"
By CKrajnik from Denver, CO
We purchased three Blinds Galore cordless day/night cellular shades that were virtually identical. The only problem was one of them came with the wrong mounting hardware. Customer Service took care of it and within days we had the correct hardware. Quality of all components is nice, better than expected. Shades fit the opening well and cordless movement is smooth. Buy with confidence.View this product
